Investment Fuels Growth Initiatives for Future Expansion as the Leading Mid-Market ERP Outsourcing Services Provider

OneNeck IT Services Corporation, a leading provider of ERP outsourcing and hosting solutions for mid-market companies, today announced it has received a $12.8 million equity investment led by WestView Capital Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm targeting lower middle market companies.

Founded in 1997, OneNeck provides a comprehensive and flexible suite of outsourcing solutions specifically designed to help mid-market companies improve and leverage their ERP systems. The company has experienced greater than 20% annual growth over the last four years while achieving seven consecutive years of profitability. As a result, OneNeck has established itself as the leading ERP outsourcing services provider to mid-market companies. OneNeck supports a variety of ERP applications, including SSA Baan, J.D. Edwards and Microsoft Business Solutions’ Axapta. The company’s comprehensive and tailored outsourcing solutions model offers a wide range of services including application, database and network management, data center management, 24 x 7 customer support, disaster recovery and desktop support.

“OneNeck continues to be a strong player in the ERP outsourcing market. Since formation of the OneNeck team, over seven years ago, we have consistently achieved our objectives of providing customers the highest quality of service while producing strong financial results”, said Chuck Vermillion, founder and CEO of OneNeck. “WestView’s equity investment further strengthens OneNeck’s financial position. In addition, we will benefit from WestView’s experience in helping growth companies such as ours achieve their strategic objectives.”

“We look forward to working with the OneNeck team as they continue to capitalize on the growing opportunity for mid-market IT outsourcing” said Rick Williams, a managing partner at WestView. Williams will join the company’s Board of Directors along with WestView managing partner Carlo von Schroeter and principal Matt Carroll. “OneNeck has distinguished itself as the leader in ERP outsourcing for mid-market companies. The management team has a proven track record of success and they represent the type of energetic and knowledgeable managers we look to partner with at WestView” said Williams. “Currently, an area of focus and expertise for OneNeck is the provision of IT outsourcing solutions for private-equity backed companies and specifically, divisional carve-outs. We believe WestView will help drive growth in this portion of OneNeck’s business as an additional benefit of our partnership.”
