Carlo A. von Schroeter

Carlo has a successful track record of investing in middle market companies across a diverse range of industries for over fifteen years. Prior to co-founding WestView Capital in 2004, Carlo was a General Partner of Weston Presidio, a private equity firm which manages five funds totaling over $3.3 billion in capital. Carlo joined Weston Presidio in 1992 as the second professional in its Boston office and actively participated in, and contributed to, the growth of Weston Presidio over 12 years. Prior to Weston Presidio, Carlo was a Vice President at Security Pacific Capital, a long standing private equity and venture capital group. Prior to Security Pacific Capital, Carlo was a District Engineering Manager at Shell Canada Limited responsible for the Eastern Ontario region.
Since entering the private equity business in 1990, Carlo has been actively involved in management buyouts, recapitalizations, leveraged consolidations and growth financings across the industrial, service, consumer and publishing sectors. He has served as a Director of American Asphalt & Grading, Star International Holdings, Geosystems/Mapquest (NASDAQ: MQST), Delstar/US Netting, Lion Brewery (NASDAQ: MALT) and Medscape (NASDAQ: MSCP). Prior investment involvement also includes Casella Waste Systems (NASDAQ: CWST), Achievement Technologies, Tekni-Plex, Business Depot (Staples Canada) and Coffee Connection.
Carlo received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from Queen’s University (Ontario, Canada) and his MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the Board of the New England Venture Capital Association (NEVCA) and is a member of the New England Chapter of YPO.
Richard J. Williams

Rick has a successful track record of investing in middle market
companies for over fifteen years. Prior to co-founding WestView
Capital Partners, he was a Partner in Tudor Investment Corporation’s
private equity group. Tudor is a globally recognized investment
manager with over $10 billion in total capital and more than $500
million under management in its private equity area. While at Tudor,
Rick focused on investing in growth-oriented service companies.
Prior to joining Tudor in 2000, Rick was a Managing Director and
investment committee member of Triumph Capital Group, a Boston-based
private equity firm with more than $800 million in capital. During
his ten years at Triumph, he led numerous investments in middle
market companies in a variety of recapitalization, growth financing,
leveraged buyout and consolidation transactions. Before joining
Triumph in 1990, Rick was an Associate in the investment
banking group of Drexel Burnham Lambert.
While at both Tudor and Triumph, Rick was responsible for investments
in companies in the business services, healthcare services, distribution
and technology services industries. He has served as a director
of Ameridata Technologies (NYSE: ADA), United Natural Foods (NASDAQ:
UNFI), Hatten Communications, Claricom Holdings, Longview Group,
International Computer Graphics, OutSource International (NASDAQ:
OSIX), Value Asset Management, Certus Corporation, Ballard Petroleum,
Granitar Systems, Knowledge Impact, ManagedStorage International
and Wavelink Corporation.
Rick received his B.S. degree in Computer Science from Yale University
and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
John H. Turner

John has a successful track record of investing in middle market
companies for over 18 years. Prior to joining WestView Capital
Partners, John was a General Partner of Norwest Mezzanine Partners
where he was one of two partners responsible for managing two investment
funds totaling $650 million and a member of the firm's investment committee. Previously, John was a Managing
Director of Triumph Capital Group, a private equity firm with more
than $800 million in capital, and one of three Directors managing
approximately $300 million at Nomura Leveraged Finance. John
started his career in middle market investing at Heller Financial
in 1987 where he spent nine years focused on equity-enhanced leveraged
lending in a wide range of industries. John has completed over
30 investments at every tranche of the capital structure in amounts
ranging from $5 million to $75 million.
John received his B.A. in Economics from the University of New
Hampshire and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University
of Pennsylvania.
Matthew T. Carroll

Prior to joining WestView Capital Partners, Matt served as Vice
President of Corporate Development for LogistiCare, a leading provider
of outsourced medical transportation logistics services. During
his affiliation with the company, revenue grew from $45 million
to greater than $200 million. In May 2004, LogistiCare was recapitalized
by Charterhouse Group and Summit Partners. Previously, Matt served
as Vice President at Alouette Capital, a Boston-based merchant banking
boutique and as an Associate at Triumph Capital Group, a private
equity firm that raised three private equity funds totaling $840
million in capital. While at Triumph, Matt was involved with lower
middle market companies in the healthcare service, business service
and media sectors and served on several Boards of Directors, including
LogistiCare. Prior to entering the private equity industry, Matt
was an Analyst in the Acquisition/Private Capital Group at Dean
Witter Reynolds where he completed numerous middle market private
equity, mezzanine and senior debt financings.
Matt received his B.S. degree in Finance magna cum laude from Boston
College.
Jonathan E. Hunnicutt

Prior to joining WestView Capital Partners, Jonathan was an Associate
at Weston Presidio, a private equity firm that manages five private
equity funds totaling over $3.3 billion in capital where he was
involved with middle market companies in the business services,
media and publishing, consumer and retail, manufacturing and industrial
sectors. Prior to joining Weston Presidio, Jonathan was an Associate
at Fleet Equity Partners (Nautic Partners), a $1.7 billion private
equity firm where he focused on middle market media and information
service companies. Prior to entering the private equity industry,
Jonathan was an Analyst in investment banking at Merrill Lynch.
His investment banking experience includes mergers and acquisitions,
management buyouts, high-yield financings and equity offerings.
Jonathan received his A.B. in Government and Geography cum laude
from Dartmouth College and his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth
where he was a Tuck Scholar.
Evan Horton

Prior to joining WestView Capital Partners, Evan was a Managing Partner at Hunters Grove Holdings, a family partnership under which he operated three Cold Stone Creamery franchises. He received multiple awards, including two for ranking in the top 5% nationally and Best Newcomer, based on a franchisor-developed operational excellence index. Prior to starting Hunters Grove Holdings, Evan was an Analyst in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he was involved with mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt financings.
Evan received his B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
